**Shields Up! event** is a *new token generation event* when a new DAO would swap their native tokens against the WACEO token with the goal to create their legal reserves to use them as a payment and provision method for their legal & compliance needs. \

After IDO, DAOs would be able to buy WACEO tokens using their native token.\ <br>
