# Minting.

The WACEO token would only be minted the following events:

* I**nitial token distribution via a fair launch (IDO).** \
  Initial offering will allow participants to buy the WACEO tokens.\
  Initial mint would be up to 2M WACEO tokens. 

* **Shields Up! Event.** \
  Blockchain-based projects would be able to buy an X amount of WACEO tokens using their native token. The buy would trigger two parallel minting events: The Reserve Treasury and Funds Treasury.
